To say further, Rianna is a Certified International Soft Skill Trainer, Image Consultant and Founder of Evolve_india. Let’s learn more about her background, her inspiring journey so far and her advice for our growing community!
Excerpts from our exclusive interview with Rianna:
Could you please talk us through your background and your journey?
I have a diploma in IT and a bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, worked in IT for 3 years and then switched to become an internationally certified soft skill trainer and Image consultant.
Since 5 years, I have been conducting workshops and 1-1 consultations to make sure that my clients present the best version of themselves and have the most ideal image Inside out.
The switch was made so that I get to interact with people and not computers. I wanted to bring about a change in people’s lives with my work. It gives me immense pleasure to be instrumental in doing so.
How did you discover your passion?
When I was getting a soft skills trainer on my Day 1 in Syntel the multinational IT firm, a soft skill trainer had come to train us. When I saw her I felt “how I wish, I was her” that is where the urge to become someone who changes people’s lives came to my mind and I found my way to my passion.
Who do you believe has been the biggest source of motivation in your daily life?
My husband and my kid are the greatest source of inspiration to me. And the need to be better everyday and keep learning keeps me motivated
What are some of the strategies that you believe have helped you grow as a person?
The only strategy that works is to keep learning and evolving with the changing times hence I named my consulting brand also Evolve.
In your opinion what are the keys to success?
Consistency and hard work combined with good luck and blessings are the real formula to success.
What advice would you give to our readers?
Follow your dreams, and pursue your passion, you are never too old to learn something new. Go out there and achieve it.
